This beautiful, single-level residence on the top floor provides wonderful Bald Mountain and south-facing views from both the living room deck, which also has a gas BBQ and the master bedroom deck. This unit has one portable air conditioning unit and mountain decor complete with log furniture in all the bedrooms. The living room is oriented around a gas log fireplace and wall-mounted 37-inch flat panel HDTV with DVD, wireless internet access, and MP3 players. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Rental contract must be signed prior to check in.
- Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 7 am
