Formerly called New Villager, this re-named, sunny 3 bedroom/2 bath 2 level condo offers a large, newly remodeled living space and will sleep up to 6 guests. As you enter the condo there is a large deck with an outdoor table with four chairs. On the main level is the living area, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has high ceilings with great light, a gas fireplace, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and complex views. The dining area off the living room will seat 6 guests. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Off the kitchen area is a closet with a stack washer/dryer. Past the kitchen is the master bedroom with a King bed, 36-inch flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and complex views. The full-size master bath has a single vanity sink and a large walk-in shower.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Rental contract must be signed prior to check in.
- Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 7 am
