The Home
Itaim Bibi, one of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, close to Faria Lima and Juscelino Kubitschek Avenue :) Our studio is sensational! Well decorated and large spaces. Comfortable queen bed, air conditioning, wi-fi, full bathroom and a balcony with great views of the city, from the 17th floor. Also, the building’s infrastructure is excellent - with an outdoor pool with view, an indoor pool, gym, a squash court and coworking room.
Studio with queen bed (we provide sheets and towels for your stay), air conditioning, SmarTV, wardrobe, full bathroom. The kitchen is small but functional, with several utensils at your disposal. Then, there is a second room, the balcony, our favorite space, with a sofa, dining table and a wonderful view of the city, seen from the 17th floor.
Our guests have full access to the apartment and common areas of the building.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
