The property features six stylish bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet – ideal for families or groups of friends who want to stay together without compromising on comfort. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and, thanks to wide doorways and step-free access, is also suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
The ground floor forms the heart of the house with a spacious and bright living area that flows seamlessly into the fully equipped open kitchen. Here you will find everything you need to cook and enjoy long meals together. The living room with large dining table, comfortable seating area, TV and wireless music system creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is also a separate recreation room with a bar, extra refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher – perfect for relaxed evenings with family or friends.
Outside you can enjoy a beautiful garden with a large covered terrace directly connected to the kitchen and living area. Take a refreshing swim in the heated private pool (open from Easter until the end of October) or unwind completely in the barrel sauna. At the front of the property you will find spacious parking with a charging point for electric vehicles.
