This magnificent penthouse is located just a 100 m walk from Middelkerke beach. From the comfortable lounge chairs on the 2 spacious terraces, you can enjoy both the morning and evening sun to the fullest. The residence is ideal for family holidays, in fact, loved by families in particular.
This holiday home has a supermarket, several brasseries and great restaurants only a stone’s throw away.
The elevator takes you to the hall of the apartment. Through one door you have access to the living room, and through the other door to the bedrooms and bathroom. A children’s travel bed and a high chair are also provided. All practical amenities are present; coffee maker with filter + senseo, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, DVD player and an electric barbecue. At the back of the building, you have the possibility to safely store bicycles.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
