Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- ✓ The total number of vehicles allowed is six, five are allowed in the driveway and one in the garage. Please park in designated parking areas only. Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
- ✓ This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort and a car pass is required for every vehicle. Your reservation includes 1 car pass.
- ✓ Any additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking for $28.00. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed. Starting October 1st 2024, extra parking passes will be $35.00 for the week long reservations. Prices vary depending on the length of your stay. Please reach out to us for additional information.
- ✓ Pets are not allowed.
- ✓ Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- ✓ The private pool is 14’ X 24’ with a 5’ in diameter spa. Safety equipment for the pool or spa is not included. T
- ✓ The Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100/day. Please request pool/spa heat by contacting the host 1 week prior to arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.
- ✓ 4-night minimum stay is required from 8/19/23 through 5/24/24
- ✓ 7-night minimum stay is required from 5/25/24 through 8/24/24
- ✓ Maximum stay of two weeks.
- ✓ EV charger is located in the garage.
- ✓ Elevator is not ADA compliant.
- ✓ The fireplace is only for decoration.
- ✓ Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
- ✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
