Our vacation rental home underwent a significant renovation in 2024 to create a luxurious experience for our guests. Upon entering the home guests are greeted with tall ceilings, wonderful natural lighting and all brand new furnishes, appliances, finishes and more! Be one of the first to experience an old Florida neighborhood while vacationing in a modern Florida home! Luxurious, spectacular, social media worthy - these and more can be used to describe our lovingly restored and cared for home located in one of the best northern Collier County neighborhoods - Bonita Shores. Guests can live a luxurious experience in our home and have multiple choices of locations to sleep, relax and dine! ~The kitchen has a Kitchenaid appliance package, white hardwood cabinetry and brass fixtures and pulls. ~Dining options include 4 barstools at the kitchen counter, a in kitchen formal dining set for 6 surrounded by windows, and outdoor dining set for 6 on the lanai ~ Sleeping accommodations include a King bed in the Main Bedroom (#1), a Queen Bed in Bedroom #2 and a Sleeper Sofa in the Den. Additionally there is a sleeper sofa in the loft - this is a favorite for kids! ~ Bathrooms include the luxurious en suite (#1) and bathroom #2 which is easily accessed from bedroom #2, this bedroom contains a shower and tub combo -great for kids! ~ A unique part of the home is the loft! This is a fun and relaxing area to have the kids of all ages play or a quiet place to relax after a day on the beach! This has as sleeper sofa as well. ~ Outdoors our guests can relax and dine on the screened and covered lanai and the backyard is quite large which allows kids space to stretch out. ~Additional amenities and spaces include a full sized washer and dryer on the first floor. We have a super comfy family room space that includes a TV, a loveseat and couch and chair. -On site amenities include: boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs and beach umbrella. For kids we have a pack n’ play, kids towels, plates, cups silverware and a high chair. We have a propane gas grill for guest use that can be found in the garage. Conveniently situated in the desirable Bonita Shores neighborhood, just south of Bonita Beach Road and west of 41, our home and community offer easy access to an array of dining options, including Wyld’s Cafe, Coconut Jack’s, Enzo’s Italian, A Table Apart, Prime Steakhouse, C Level Bistro and Wine Bar, Royal Scoop, and Sweet Melissa’s Ice Cream. You’ll also find yourself only 1.5 miles away from the main entrances to both Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach where you can go and enjoy a sunset or spend the day on the beach soaking in the sun. To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager It is best to have a vehicle with you as Bonita Springs is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to Fort Myers Int’l Airport. This is a self-check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
