This area also incorporates a small kitchen which is equipped with; a coffee machine, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. Outside, the pool area is furnished with plenty of sun loungers and enjoys a covered dining area. There is also a small terrace with a comfortable seating area immediately outside the property. The two modern holiday apartments offer contemporary comfort and relaxed elegance. Guests can enjoy a refreshing pool shared between the apartments. The property is located in the vibrant town of Biograd in northern Dalmatia. Situated on the Adriatic coast, Biograd is known for its beautiful beaches, rich history and maritime culture. The town attracts sun-seekers and water sports enthusiasts with its crystal-clear waters, sandy shores and amenities including beach bars and water sports rentals. Popular beaches include Drazica Beach (a 6-minute drive) and Bosana Beach (a 4-minute drive / 22-minute walk). The centre of Biograd is a 6-minute drive away (a 30-minute walk) and the local supermarket is a 3-minute drive / 13-minute walk away. There is also a fitness club 200 meters away and an amusement park nearby. Biograd is also an excellent starting point for exploring nearby islands including Pasman, Ugljan, and Dugi Otok. Boat excursions and ferry services can be found at the Marina which is a 6-minute drive away. The closest airport to the accommodation is Zadar Airport (ZAD) a 26-minute drive away.
