Located next to a bar along Rue Charlet Straton the residence is easily accessible, being situated opposite the train station (public parking features there) and a local bus stop. Central Argentiere offers a lovely range of French-style eateries, affordable cafés, grocery shops and resort amenities. The Les Grands Montets ski lift is only an 8 minutes walk away.
Placed 15 minutes drive away from Chamonix, Argentiere is one of the best-loved Alpine resorts, being situated at the foot of Les Grands Montets (a vast, varied area offering a wide range of pistes and extensive powder fields for off-piste enthusiasts). From the apartments carefree location, Geneva Airport is 79 minutes drive away.
Internally, the 1st floor apartment offers accommodation across two welcoming floors. To the principal 1st floor, an ambient living room with sofa and balcony access is accompanied by a well-equipped kitchen and dining area for 4. A flight of 16 steps leads to a 2nd floor double bedroom and a set of bunk beds (which feature to the upstairs landing).
A contemporary fitted bathroom with tub and overhead shower completes the layout of this versatile, well-placed retreat. The lovely, private balcony is equipped with a couple-friendly dining set for 2.
The building is located next to a buzzing bar, so some noise is to be expected. Guests are within easy walking distance of public parking (at the train station) and the resort amenities of Argentiere. Guests can also soak up the seasonal outdoor pool shared by 20 apartments from the 1st of July to the 30th of August.
