Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,• ALL Damages must be reported promptly, and are to be paid by the guest.
- • NO Parties. There is a $2000 party fee.
- • NO Smoking. There is a $1000 smoking fee.
- • ALL Trash is to be taken out and disposed of and dishwasher started.
- • The MAXIMUM property capacity is 6. No unregistered guests.
- • By booking this property you agree to fill out the verification sent to you upon booking. If you refuse, do not pass or are flagged your booking can/will be cancelled. Refund will be provided based on the cancellation policy.
- • NO pets on any furniture (additional cleaning fees can be added), ALL pet waste must be picked up and disposed of. ($200 Pet Waste Disposal Fee), Pets must be put in a cage/kennel when left alone.
