Welcome to this charming new build, the result of a cross-cultural love story, offering a remarkable family stay in the heart of the Ardennes nature near Logbiermé. This spacious gîte overlooks meadows and woods and is perfectly designed for large family groups, featuring 5 dedicated bedrooms and the capacity to accommodate up to 15 people. Its unique charm includes a small farm next door where children will be delighted to help feed the small herd of cows, and two friendly dwarf goats that will certainly brighten the stay for young and old alike.
The gîte’s ground floor is built for relaxation and entertainment. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a lounge with a huge 240cm projector (giant screen) for family film sessions, alongside table football (kicker) for fun competition. The bedrooms, located on the first floor, are functionally distributed: one large room with 5 beds (including 2 bunk beds), two 3-bed rooms, one 2-bed room, and one double bedroom. All bedrooms include washbasins, and there are two full bathrooms (shower, WC, washbasin) and two separate WCs in the gîte. A dedicated laundry room with a washing machine is also on the ground floor.
The setting is one of incredible peace and quiet, known for beautiful walks and a protected nature reserve. From the large terrace and the lounge, you can enjoy incredible views of the Ardennes valleys and blazing sunsets over the Ru du Ponceau valley. The exterior includes furniture, a lawn, and the dwarf goat enclosure. Located not far from Francorchamps, Malmedy, and Coo, it offers an enchanting place to relax and let your children run free. Please note: this rental is intended for families and daytime activities and is not suitable for parties or late-night events past midnight.
