• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
Brand-new contemporary villa located in a gated and secure estate within walking distance of the village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence.
This property is built on two levels.
On the first floor, a living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, all open onto the terrace and garden through panoramic French windows.
On the same level, two en-suite bedrooms with shower and closet, as well as a playroom / cinema. On the upper floor, a large master bedroom with en-suite terrace featuring a bathtub, shower and double sinks, wc and wardrobe. On the same floor, 2 further en-suite bedrooms with shower, wc and storage cupboard. In the basement, a fitness area, sauna and hammam with shower and wc.
The outdoors is beautifully appointed, with a large terraced garden, infinity pool, wood-fired Swedish Jacuzzi and sunbathing areas.
