This effortlessly characterful, bright and spacious two- bedroom apartment is in an ideal, tranquil location-moments away from Luxembourg Gardens.
LIVING
The living room is bright due to the large windows and tall ceilings. It contains a large flat screen TV, a sofa as well as a sofa bed (double, 140 cm), a coffee table and some leather and velvet arm chairs to match the rest of the interior.
DINING
Through to the dining room- also bright and spacious- with an extendable oval dining table, which comfortably sits six to eight people with additional seating dotted around the room by smaller side tables, a marble fireplace and a large wooden wardrobe.
KITCHEN
It offers a separate, fully-equipped kitchen which includes all the necessary amenities and utensils as well as some mini-luxuries such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine and a dishwasher. There is also an informal eating area with a small two-seater table and three stools, to enjoy a morning coffee.
BEDROOM 1
Proceeding via the spacious corridor, is the first bedroom with a double bed, nightstands, a small flat-screen TV, a large wooden wardrobe and matching chest of drawers.
BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom also boasts tall ceilings and plenty of natural light and has a double bed on a low frame. Furthermore, there is also a study area, looking out of the large window, with a small desk and chair as well as plenty of shelving and storage space in the form of a wooden wardrobe and chest of drawers.
BATHROOM
The narrow yet spacious bathroom has a shower, a single sink but also doubles up as a utilities room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

There is a separate toilet in the hallway near the bathroom.
