The property is located in the heart of Capitol Hill, a charming and colorful neighborhood. What started out as an area for members of Congress to live in the late 18th century, has now become Washington DC's largest residential historic district. This apartment is located on a scenic residential street, yet you can walk out your door and find 2 Metro stops on the Orange & Blue lines, dozens of restaurants, Starbucks, and grocery stores are just a five to ten minute walk away. On weekdays, you can stroll to the Supreme Court building or Library of Congress to take a tour of our nation’s most venerable structures, then head to Yes! Organic Market to buy some groceries on your way home for dinner. On weekends, you can spend your day perusing the vibrant Eastern Market with a cup of coffee from Peregrine Espresso in hand.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
- 2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
- For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Property Manager team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within thirty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Property Manager homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Property Manager representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Property Manager buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
- What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Property Manager can and will charge the guest.
- * Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. ...
- * Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

- 3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.
- 4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
