Home Truths - Our unit is located on the 42nd floor. - There is A/C in the living room. - Pool, Turkish bath and gym hours may change. Please consult and notify us before visiting. -The Residence’s Vale Service provides a luggage storage service as a third-party company. If you’re interested in using this service, please get in touch with them directly on-site. Penalties for Violations -Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD -Lost keys incur a surcharge of 35USD Optional Offerings - A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD -A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD -Airport transfers are available at an additional cost PLEASE NOTE: We require a standard deposit of $500 USD for each booking to cover any potential damages. If no damage occurs, we will release the deposit within 3 working days after your check-out, and it should be credited back to your account within 15 days of dispatch. If damages are found, we will deduct the repair costs from the deposit and address the issue as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible. Our customer service team will contact you before your arrival to provide the payment link for the security deposit Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask ALL GUESTS to provide valid Passport ID’s in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information for ALL GUESTS before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions. The entire condo unit is for your use during your confirmed dates. Our home is located in a gorgeous condo in prime location on the 42nd floor. A lovely brand new unit with ample space to enjoy! There is a supermarket downstairs, a restaurant and a dry cleaners. Comes with one free parking space. There is a garden, outdoor pool, outdoor tennis and basketball court available in the summers.
