Outside is a covered patio area with comfy seating and party lights creating the perfect ambiance. The Space: Bedroom 1 – King (sleeps 2), TV, and ensuite bathroom Bathroom 1 – ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2 – Queen (sleeps 2), TV, shares hall bathroom Bathroom 2 – Shared hall bathroom with combination tub/shower Common sleeping space – living room sofa bed (sleeps2) Gas Grills are available in the common space, just through the pool gate. The HOA has three gas grills and three picnic tables for your use. We’re located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We’re walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy’s, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch. No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general. Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.
