The Home
The apartment on Presseggersee in the Nassfeld ski region has a spacious bedroom for a family and a balcony facing south and west. The furnishings are modern and stylish.
The bedroom has a double bed (box spring) and a bunk bed. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, two modern armchairs and a flat screen TV with satellite receiver.
The dining area has an extendable dining table with a corner sofa and two chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and also, among other things, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a good set of chef’s knives for the hobby chef.
The spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower has a rain shower with additional hand shower, a towel dryer and underfloor heating. The toilet is separate.
There is a small pool for children in the garden!

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
