Just a short drive to the beautiful beaches, parks and village attractions. • 3 night minimum stay. • No Smoking • Guests must be 30 years of age to book. • Parking: driveway ( 4 cars ) and street parking available for guests. • 1 dog may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150. • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced. • Pack n’ play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • Pool Heat Fee: Pool heating is available for $150/day in summer (June–August) and $250/day in winter (September–May). The target temperature is 80–85°F, though slight fluctuations may occur due to weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable once heating is activated. • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
