The Home
WOW is the theme of this prominent residence! You’ll be wowed by the charm, the interior design, the size, and all of the luxury features! Located on one of DC’s best blocks, East Capitol, you can watch the sun set over the Capitol building from your front porch or while lounging in the fenced yard. It’s a short walk to any of the Capitol buildings. However, if you prefer to bike, scooter, or drive, garage parking is available and included!
There are three living spaces - one for formal occasions and one for lounging and a carriage house for more privacy. The living rooms, dining room, and kitchen are open to one another. Easily drift from one to the other. Three decorative fireplaces with large, historic mantels and stained glass windows bring the home to life! Built in 1888, it’s easy to imagine the historical figures that must have came through the home. If only these walls could talk, they’d have a great story to tell!

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
