On the left side, you’ll find two lovely double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed with an ensuite walk-in shower room. This room also boasts a charming small balcony with a bistro table and chair, perfect for enjoying the morning sun. There is also a second separate shower room for convenience. Continuing from the hallway, you’ll enter the open-plan lounge and dining area, where comfortable sofas await your TV viewing pleasure. Adjacent to this space, an elegant dining table sets the stage for more formal meals and the fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary appliances for convenient home cooking.

The lounge area is bathed in natural light from the large windows, which lead out to the open-air balcony. The swimming pool is nestled within meticulously maintained gardens and is exclusively designated for the enjoyment of residents, providing a serene oasis complete with sunbeds and a charming deck. For those who enjoy a warmer swim, the indoor pool is a delight. 5m x 3m in size, it offers a gentle exercise with the benefit of pool heating - ideal for the winter.
ACCESS & PARKING
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is situated on the first floor. Parking is allocated in a private, underground garage, accessible only by residents - With elevator access from the apartment to garage.
