Bright and well-appointed cottage, completed in 2019 with wilderness bath, swings and trampoline outside. Inside with whirlpool, sauna, Bio fireplace and loft with TV, PlayStation 4 with controller and many exciting games. The house has an attractive location in the scenic surroundings of Saltum Strand, Little Norway and path 100. The cottage has a living room in open connection with the kitchen, four bedrooms with good closet space, loft with room for 2 children, bathroom with whirlpool and access to sauna and guest toilet with shower. Cheap heating and not least cosiness, an environmentally friendly bio fireplace has been installed. In the living room there is a Bluetooth speaker and DAB radio. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
