Bright and well-appointed cottage, completed in 2019 with wilderness bath, swings and trampoline outside. Inside with whirlpool, sauna, Bio fireplace and loft with TV, PlayStation 4 with controller and many exciting games. The house has an attractive location in the scenic surroundings of Saltum Strand, Little Norway and path 100. The cottage has a living room in open connection with the kitchen, four bedrooms with good closet space, loft with room for 2 children, bathroom with whirlpool and access to sauna and guest toilet with shower. Cheap heating and not least cosiness, an environmentally friendly bio fireplace has been installed. In the living room there is a Bluetooth speaker and DAB radio. There is Netflix on TV in both the living room and loft, so you can choose exciting entertainment in all movie genres. There is also Chromecast, so you can stream your own services. There is also PlayStation 4 with controller and various exciting games, but feel free to bring your own games. The house is also equipped with an air / water heat pump, so small costs for heating and hot water can be expected. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace area. There is a covered and open terrace to the east, south and west. The plot is a flat natural plot, for the children there is a swing and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). In addition, there is a hockey field on one terrace. On the plot there is also a nice area with grass. Access to the beach and sea is easy on foot along landscaped paths through the area. Free access to water park. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
