This beautifully situated holiday home with 2 holiday apartments is located on the sunny side of the valley on the border between Salzburgerland and Tyrol, in the lively village of Wald (district of Wald-Königsleiten).
You have both apartments (for a total of 12 people) located on the ground floor and 1st floor. Very suitable for families or friends traveling together. The advantage of a holiday home, but still privacy for everyone. The apartments are connected to each other via a central staircase.
Each holiday apartment has an attractive living room with a large dining area and modern open kitchen, furnished with attention to detail, and offers a view of the surrounding mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. From the living room you have access to the beautiful balcony. In the holiday apartment on the ground floor you have 2 beautiful bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. And in the holiday apartment on the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. And after a day of hiking, cycling or skiing you can relax in your own sauna.
In the immediate vicinity you will find a beautiful indoor pool, various dining and shopping options, and the ski bus to the ski area. Due to the central location, 3 well-known ski areas are available within 15 minutes by car: the Zillertal Arena (140 km of slopes), the Wildkogel Arena (62 km of slopes) and the Kitzbüheler Alpen (180 km of slopes). With the Salzburg Super Ski Card you have access to all areas and can even take a trip to Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm.
In summer there are so many ways to spend your vacation, hiking and mountain biking opportunities abound, many sights in both Tyrol and Salzburgerland, a beautiful reservoir near Gerlos and don’t forget the highest waterfalls in Europe in nearby Krimml visit.
