Little Swattesfield is a beautifully renovated holiday cottage located in the heart of the Suffolk countryside on the Thornham Estate with stunning views and walks and only a few miles from the market town of Eye for all local amenities.
This charming cottage has a lovely, well-equipped open-plan kitchen and living room with a fantastic woodburner, smart TV and two sofas. Off the living room is a dining area with a utility room next to it benefitting from a washing machine, butlers sink and wet room with a shower and WC.
Upstairs there are two characterful bedrooms, one king size with en-suite bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a second with a zip and link bed that can be made up as two singles or a king with a bedside table and chest of drawers. Please let us know in advance of your stay how you would like the second bedroom made up.
Outside there is a large, enclosed back garden...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
