Little Swattesfield is a holiday home located in the heart of the Suffolk countryside on the Thornham Estate with stunning views and walks and only a few miles from the market town of Eye for all local amenities.
This cottage has a lovely, well-equipped open-plan kitchen and living room with a fantastic woodburner, smart TV and two sofas. Off the living room is a dining area with a utility room next to it benefitting from a washing machine, butlers sink and a wet room with a shower and WC.
Upstairs there are two characterful bedrooms, one king size with en-suite bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a second with a zip and link bed that can be made up as two singles or a king with a bedside table and chest of drawers. Please let us know in advance of your stay how you would like the second bedroom made up.
Outside there is a large, enclosed back garden with outdoor furniture, a BBQ and a pond, perfect for enjoying a family meal with a glass of wine during the summer months.
