The space
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
The Marketplace Lodge is steps away from local shops and cafes, summer concerts and winter ice skating at the Whistler Olympic Plaza. Yet, the condo faces away from all the hustling and bustling so you can relax and recharge away from the crowds. Walk to everything that Whistler has to offer. A major grocery store, Fresh St Market is steps away. A liquor store, restaurants, bars, shops and more are within walking distance away. Walk along the Village stroll and enjoy all that Whistler Village has to offer. You are also steps away from the paved over 40km Valley trail which connects all of Whistler’s neighbourhoods, lakes, picnic spots and viewpoints.
THE LAYOUT
Located on the 2nd level, this one-bedroom condominium (sleeps 4) unit features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area and includes a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and with plush towels and essentials (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided). The condo has a Queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. This spacious 1BR home sleeps up to 4 people.
LIVING AREA
The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking and baking needs (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, and sugar provided). Cozy up in front of the fireplace to bring true ambiance in any season. A smart TV with streaming apps like Netflix (must sign into your own account) is available for your use, as well as basic cable TV. Log in to your own account and easily pick up from where you left off on your favorite shows.
PARKING
The unit comes with 1 dedicated parking spot. If you have more than one car, please park in one of the visitor spots marked throughout the garage and follow the instructions posted on the stalls. Additional visitor parking is available for a fee.

BUSES IN WHISTLER
Whistler Transit operates a FREE seasonal shuttle service around Whistler Village.
Route 4 - Marketplace Shuttle to and from the Gondola Transit Exchange (mid-November to April)
Route 5 - Upper Village/Benchlands Shuttle from the Gondola Transit Exchange to Blackcomb Base Lodge and the Benchlands (year-round)
Route 8 - Lost Lake Shuttle (mid-June to early September)
BC Transit also operates routes connecting Whistler’s neighborhoods, with a single fair trip costing $2.50- correct change is required.

The Marketplace Lodge is a safe and secure building. Your check-in instructions will give you building, garage, and elevator access information. You will also receive a personal computer-generated code for the condo door.
We will be available by text, email or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
This entire property is NON-SMOKING including on the patio.
For stays of 14 days or more, one mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled and charged at the same rate as the check-out cleaning fee.
We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what’s supplied.
If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren’t available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.
BBQs and fire pits of any kind are strictly not allowed, as per building regulations.
