Home details
This luxurious chalet for a maximum of 8 people with its own pool is located in the well-known town of Neukirchen am Großvenediger, right on the slopes to the Wildkogel Arena ski area and offers a fantastic view of the Großvenediger.
The chalet offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with adjoining dining room and direct access to the outdoor terrace and garden, as well as 3 bedrooms (2 with an extra single bed) with en-suite bathrooms. The chalet also has a ski storage room, a washing machine and an outdoor pool (open from June to September). You can park directly under the carport.
The central location of the chalet means you can choose between three ski areas: the Wildkogel Arena directly in Neukirchen with 75 kilometers of slopes, the Zillertal Arena (Hochkrimml - Königsleiten) and the Kitzski - Hollersbach ski area with 188 kilometers of slopes. With the Salzburg Super Ski Card, you can ski endlessly in the three ski areas with a total of almost 400 kilometers of slopes with one ski pass. In winter you can use the free ski bus, which takes you quickly to the ski lift of the Wildkogel Arena ski area. On skis you can take the descent right to the front door.
Our pool is not heated and relies entirely on sunlight for warmth. If the start of autumn is sunny and mild, the pool often remains filled until mid-October. It is generally filled and cleaned until October, but unfortunately, the weather is unpredictable. Since there have been very cold nights at the end of August in recent years, we have decided to officially limit the pool season to the end of August as a precaution.
Directly in Neukirchen there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
