On the ground floor, a large living room with comfortable sofas invites you to relax with a good book and a glass of local wine. A TV with satellite is available for entertainment, along with WiFi available throughout the house to keep you connected at all times. The dining room, open to the living room, is ideal for sharing family meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with direct access to the pool and plenty of natural light to enjoy cooking your best dishes. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms with two beds each. One of them has an en suite bathroom with bathtub and two other bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor is the master bedroom, this room stands out not only for its large size, but also for having a large double bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub, and a desk as well as having incredible views of the mountains surrounding the house. All rooms are equipped with hot/cold air-conditioning for use whenever you wish. There is central heating for the colder months, for an additional charge. The magnificent swimming pool surrounded by lush gardens is the perfect place to enjoy the day, with sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. Enjoy the surroundings in the evening and take part in its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices abound. The beach at Puerto Pollensa is perfect for relaxing in the sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as the locals know it) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas.
