Elegantly furnished and beautifully situated within sight of the Atlantic Ocean, this Island Club condo is Hilton Head living as you want it to be. It’s a place to spend your days walking down to the beach, playing tennis and pickleball, and unwinding in the seasonal swimming pool and hot tub.
The Island Club is a beachfront resort community, with a host of wonderful amenities across its 27-acre grounds. Enjoy access to a seasonal heated outdoor pool, kids’ pool, and hot tub; eight tennis courts (seven clay, one hard surface); three pickleball courts; an exercise room; a basketball court; a gazebo with a large sundeck; a 13-acre lagoon stocked with bass and brim (for catch and release); barbecue and picnic areas; lawn games; and a playground. There are five private access points to the beach - all with outdoor showers - as well as bicycle rentals right on the grounds.
Take the elevator up to the fourth floor to be greeted by this refined, updated space. Cool off in central air conditioning or slide open the glass doors to bask in the breeze and the ocean view on the shaded balcony.
Enjoy a chic kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a French-door fridge, a wine fridge, and a stacked washer/dryer), a dining area, and an inviting living room with a TV. The two bedroom suites are paired with TVs and full bathrooms of their own, including one which connects to the balcony.
