A warm welcome to this comfortable house that has its roots in the late 19th century but lives up to today’s standards with both a new bathroom and a new kitchen renovated in 2023. Here you have nice mountain bike trails right outside the stone wall so we can promise you an active and at the same time relaxing holiday. The accommodation is tastefully decorated and fully equipped, so you can cook, eat and socialize together. On chilly evenings, you can light a warming fire and relax and watch a movie in the living room. The accommodation is distributed over two levels. You are welcomed into a charming glass veranda that leads further into the hall. Airy, fully equipped kitchen with kitchen table. There is of course an electric stove, but if you wish, you can use the old wood stove for cooking. The bathroom is from 2023 and is equipped with WC, shower and washbasin. Laundry with a small washing machine puts a golden edge on the holiday. Large bedroom with double bed (140), a bunk bed (90 + 90) and a beautiful tiled stove (not in use). Social living room with dining room furniture, sofa and working fireplace. Via the steep stairs up to the second floor you will find a room with a junior bed and a pull-out sofa bed (80+80). There are sloping ceilings to the sides, but in the middle of the room there is a normal ceiling height. A bedroom with two single beds (80). The house has a total of 8 beds plus 1 junior bed but only one bathroom, so if you want to live airy, the house is best suited for groups of up to 6 guests. Beautiful garden adjacent to fantastic forest that offers nice walking paths, berries and mushrooms picking. Enjoy the firepit in the garden and grill your dinner while the group plays in the surroundings. Here you live next door to a cowshed and farm in a beautiful natural environment. You have just under 1 km to Kroksjön and the beach. Isaberg is also not far away and offers everything from a high-altitude track, rental of water activities and a lift for both bicycles and skis in winter. Via the mountain bike trail, it only takes five minutes down to Isaberg. 30 km to the Wild West town of High Chaparal attracts many adventurous families. Visit Gekås in Ullared (90 km) and shop away. In summary, a real summer gem with many exciting activities in the area. Welcome!
