On Lavön within walking distance to both salty swimming, fishing and the ferry over to Gullholmen and Käringön, you live here in a modern, airy house with a cozy guest house next door. The house is 80 square meters with high ceilings in the living room and kitchen. Lovely sofas and TV and large windows to the balcony. Large dining area in the kitchen with a lovely sea view. If you want to see what the surrounding islands are, there is a large map wallpaper in the hall for guidance. You reach the loft via a curved staircase and here there is a bed 140 cm. It is light and airy with an opening window and drawers for storing clothes. In the two bedrooms downstairs, one room has a double bed 160 cm and the other a single bed 105 cm. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
