Mazul is an exclusive residential project that blends with nature. Casa Pulpos has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a sofa bed and designer furniture, private pool, ceiling fan and air conditioning. It is a very quiet space, a few steps from the beach and various amenities.

This paradisiacal destination is located between Puerto Escondido and Mazunte, in the community of Santa Elena el Tule, very close to the La Escobilla Sanctuary and protected natural area, where you can release sea turtles. You will also be approximately 40 minutes from the nudist beach of Zipolite and the small community of San Agustinillo.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- REGLAMENTO PARA ÁREAS COMUNES
- Horario de Uso de la Piscina:
- La piscina estará disponible de 8:00 a.m. a 10:00 p.m. todos los días de la semana.
- Uso de los Jardines:
- Los jardines y áreas verdes del condominio "Mazul" estarán disponibles para su uso durante todo el día y la noche.
- Estacionamiento:
- Se asignará 1 espacio de estacionamiento por villa.
- Está prohibido estacionarse en lugares no designados, zonas de carga o áreas comunes.
- Deben observarse las señales de tráfico y las restricciones de estacionamiento en el condominio.
- Acceso Controlado:
- Las puertas de acceso a "Mazul" se cerrarán diariamente a las 10:00 p. m. Se requerirá identificación para ingresar al condominio después de ese horario.
- El acceso estará controlado por personal de seguridad, y se aplicarán políticas de registro y verificación de identidad para garantizar la seguridad de los residentes y sus invitados.
- Áreas Comunes y Casa Club:
- Todos los ocupantes son responsables de mantener limpias las áreas comunes después de su uso.
- El horario de la casa club es de 9:00 a.m. a 10:00 p.m.
- No se pueden dejar basura ni objetos personales en las áreas comunes. Deben utilizarse los contenedores de basura designados.
- No se permiten alimentos ni bebidas externos en las instalaciones de la casa club.
- No se permite música alta en las áreas comunes durante las horas de descanso, de 8:00 p.m. a 9:00 a.m.
