This spectacular Art townhouse will surprise you in many aspects. Situated in a small passage in the centre of Barcelona, you enter the townhouse crossing a garden with one of the oldest and highest palm trees of Barcelona. (Except bedroom 8). All bedrooms have storing space, either cupboards, wardrobes or shelves. In total there are 5,5 bathrooms: 5 Full bathroom with WC and shower + 1 toilet KITCHEN: The house has a spacious dining area with an open kitchen which is fully equipped for everything you need to make your stay perfect. (Microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, water heater, Fridge/Freezer and many other amenities. The dining table is a huge wooden hand made table. LIVING ROOM On the upper floor you will find a large living area with pool table, 2 huge and comfortable sofas, high speed Wi-Fi, flat screen TV and other details to spend a great time there. TERRACE: You will be able to enjoy a large terrace by day and night with comfortable furniture. Baby travel cot and high chair available under request. Linens and towels will be provided. We recommend you bring your own toiletries. We will offer you a start kit of amenities for the first night. **TOURIST TAX & PASSPORT REGISTRATION** Hosts with legal tourist establishments (HUB) are responsible for collecting tourist taxes from everyone over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 days of stay, as well as collecting passport data from all guests. For apartments in Barcelona the rate is €10.45 per person, per night (VAT included). The national and international police require that each guest, before their visit to Barcelona, register the information on their identity documents or passports. This is mandatory, as established in Catalan legislation. You will need to register your passports and pay the city taxes online at least 48 hours before arrival. You will receive an email after your confirmation takes place with a secure link where you will be able to complete this process.
