This cozy apartment is located in the urbanization Hacienda San Manuel in Marbella, in the area of Elviria.
Marbella is one of the most beautiful, lively and elegant towns in Andalusia. The apartment is 12 minutes walk from one of the best beaches in Marbella - Las Chapas beach. This beach is very spacious, nearby the prestigious Don Carlos and Marriott resorts, and has several fantastic beach clubs, such as Casanis and The Beach House. Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets are just a 5 minute walk away. In addition, a 5-minute drive away is the Amazonia adventure park and the Elviria shopping center with stores, restaurants and terraces.
The center of Marbella is 15 minutes away by car (12km), the famous Puerto Banus is 23 minutes away and some of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol (such as Marbella Golf Club, Santa Maria, Santa Clara) are less than 10 minutes away. The international airport of Malaga is 45 km away.
As for the apartment, it has: 2 large bedrooms (one with double bed, en suite bathroom and access to the terrace, and the other with 2 single beds and separate bathroom); a spacious living room with 55" TV and another exit to the large terrace; a separate kitchen with everything you need for your comfort (dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine, blender, capsule coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven and a complete and new kitchenware). In addition, the large terrace of 20m2 has pleasant views of the mountains and common areas, and is equipped with outdoor furniture: a glazed dining table for 4 people and a chill-out area.
This apartment also includes towels and bed linen, WIFI, air conditioning/heating and has a parking space with elevator to go up to the property. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the apartment.
The urbanization Hacienda de San Manuel has large common areas with green gardens, a playground, 2 paddle tennis courts and 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one for children (opening hours may vary according to season, subject to availability).
