This nice country house is located in Järbo in Högsäter, Dalsland. There is room for 11 guests so it is a perfect house for several families celebrating holidays together. This is a perfect location for a house as the house is centrally located in Dalsland and you can reach all municipalities within a maximum of one hour; Färgelanda, Bengtsfors, Dals-Ed, Mellerud and Åmål. The house was built in 1870 and has a wonderful country style. You are welcomed into the house in a glazed entrance to then enter a hall, the first room on the right is a room with two single beds, you continue into a large lovely living room where there is also a tiled stove to fire in too high a comfort factor, the next room on the ground floor is a small living room and toilet and shower are adjacent, then you enter the large lovely country kitchen. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
