Welcome to a pleasant holidayhouse in a very quiet and pleasant cottage area with swimming and fishing opportunities. His you experience the stillness and tranquility of a secluded, lush oasis. A perfect accommodation for nature lovers and families with children close to nice fishing and swimming lakes as well as all destinations on the Bjäre and Kulla peninsulas. The cottage is very pleasant and well planned. From the entrance you have the bathroom with shower and then a well-equipped kitchen with dining area. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The spacious and beautiful living room has a sofa bed for two people, TV with satellite dish and chromecast and a lovely wood burning stove. From here you have access to a covered terrace. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
