In the popular Løkken, close to both the beach and town, you will find this holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna. A house for environmentally conscious families as it is equipped with energy-saving measures such as geothermal heating and extra insulation, which reduces power consumption considerably and makes the house extremely CO2-friendly. The house has an open concept living room/kitchen, activity room, four bedrooms with double beds and a mezzanine. Bathroom with whirlpool and sauna and a guest toilet with shower. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The layout of the house with two bedrooms and bath in each section makes the house ideal for two families sharing. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
