The lower level includes a large king bedroom with a pull-out sofa and a shared bathroom, along with a family room that opens onto the deck with a private hot tub – perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Upstairs, you’ll find another primary suite with a queen-size bed, a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, a shared bathroom, and a third living area featuring an additional pull-out sleeper sofa. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.
