Bright holiday cottage located approx. 400 m from the sea within walking distance to Løkken. This unique house (the only one in DK) is incredibly well utilised. There are three bedrooms with double bed and a high mezzanine/1 floor with sofa bed. The mezzanine, which is decorated as TV room, overlooks the North Sea. The house has stereo set with CD player, DVD player and TV with Danish and German programs. The living room has ample dining space next to the open and fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, such as refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, etc. Bathroom with whirlpool and sauna for 4 persons and toilet, sink and shower. The house has a combined washer and dryer. Activity house of 23 m² has table tennis, billiards and darts and outdoor soccer goal. Good terraces around the house with a good opportunity to find shelter where you can enjoy the sun undisturbed all day.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience. Additional Elektriciteit fee DKK 3.74 () must be paid at location. Additional Water fee DKK 75.00 () must be paid at location.
