Charming and fresh cottage with glorious sea views on beautiful Flatön, north of Orust. Here you live very scenically and have only a stone’s throw to Ängöbrygga where you can take your morning dip and follow the lively boat traffic. Then sit in the outdoor furniture or in the deck chair in the garden with a cup of freshly brewed coffee and enjoy your wonderful holiday in a genuine Bohuslän environment. The cottage is built over the owner’s storage building where you reach your part of the house via an external staircase. You have your own part of the large garden plot which is fenced against the road. Behind the cottage there is a protective mountain where you have even more beautiful views. Some traffic (at low speed) on the small road that leads to the ferry terminal at Ängöbrygga which is only 150 m from the cottage. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
