Charming cottage with thatched roof in scenic Toftum on Rømø, only approx. 2 km from Lakolk Beach via the trails in the area. The cottage was built in 2020 in quality materials and contains an entrance hall with dryer and washing machine, a large, bright kitchen / dining room with sloping ceilings and access to the large terrace, where you can sit completely undisturbed. There are three good bedrooms with closet space and three toilets, two of which have a shower. On the landing on the 1st floor there is a cozy nook where especially the children will enjoy staying. There is underfloor heating on the ground floor and the cottage is heated by an energy saving air / air heat pump. For the little ones, there is both a cot and a high chair available. The house is completely secluded and free of view from passers-by or neighbors. Here you get the feeling of peace and well-being in the middle of nature. There is a swing. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
