Princes Wharf is right in the heart of the Viaduct, Aucklands most desired real estate with an array of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. The buzzing Wynyard Quarter development is within a 10 minute walk and the new Commercial Bay establishment across the road offers high end retail and a wide range of classy food options. Enjoy harbour side walks around the marina, the ferry building is 5 mins walk and the Britomart transport hub for buses and trains is very close by. Please note this is a wharf and close to where Harbour ferry boats operate so there will be some noise from the ferry's.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,We know you will be respectful of our property and the neighbours but we want to make it very clear to you BEFORE you book, the property & booking restrictions & policies & by booking you are accepting liability for breaches and the costs and charges related to them.
  • If there are any breaches your booking may be cancelled immediately and you may be asked to leave immediately with no refunds for nights not used. Any of your property still in the apartment may be picked up the next day, at a time that suits us and at your cost.
  • Please be advised by booking you agree that for violations of the house and building rule(s) of this property, you agree to Airbnb charging you and you paying for, the full costs for the violations without your consent, once we are able to provide valid documentation. All charges are + GST.

  • NO PARTIES / GATHERING / EVENTS (formal or informal unless pre- approved by Pillo)
  • NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR. Please be respectful of all residents in the building & surrounding area in terms of noise level & behaviour, including all areas inside, outside any balcony/deck, common areas & on the street. There is a noise CURFEW from 10pm to 9am.
  • NO illegal substances or activity are allowed
  • No smoking, vaping or e- cigarettes
  • Any breach of property building management and body corporate rules
  • Pillo violation charge for any breach is $250 (per breach) plus you will be charged and liable for any building management & or security charges ($250 per call) & any additional third party charges relating to the breach/s.
  • If there is a party /event or gathering then the property is automatically spring cleaned including a full carpet clean. Guest charge is min $450.
  • CLEANING: The cleaning fee pays for a light clean & laundering of linen. Should the apartment require more than the standard clean, guests will be charged extra for the cleaning and rubbish removal of $200. If carpet requires cleaning because of your actions, an additional $200 is payable.
  • If you LOCK YOURSELF OUT / LOOSE A KEY or swipe you are responsible for any charges the Building management and Pillo may charge for your re-entry and replacement costs
  • NO PETS are allowed on the premises unless pre – approved by Pillo
  • SOFA-BED: Please request use of any additional beds. There is a minimum charge for supply and laundering of additional bed linens.
  • Sorry, this property cannot be used for receiving mail or packages
