This beautiful cottage built in 2008 is located in OstseeStrandpark Grömitz, which is a cozy holiday area located approx. 250 m from a lovely sandy beach with a short distance on foot or by bike to the city center. The panoramic windows, the modern furnishings in Scandinavian design and light wooden walls and sloping walls give the house a bright and inviting atmosphere. There are a total of three bedrooms in the house, the two with double bed and the last with two single beds. In addition, the youngest guests have also been considered, as there is both a cot and a high chair. The living room is in open connection with the kitchen, which i.a. has microwave and dishwasher. Here you can make yourself comfortable in the living room, which has a wood burning stove, DVD player and satellite TV or settle down with a good book or an exciting movie. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
