Emphasis is placed on the house to appear bright with large picture windows that lead out to the partially covered/open terrace which gives a nice light to the combined living/dining room. Walls and ceilings are bright, lye-treated pine. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The framework for real fun moments can be the bathroom with 2-person whirlpool and sauna. There are TV, satellite and stereo with CD player. The house is located approx. 300 m from the coast.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
