Your stay does not include a Seabrook Island Club Amenity card. To enjoy pools, restaurants on Seabrook Island you will need to purchase an amenity card from the amenity office. The card requires a $15 deposit and $55/day or $315 weekly charge. Unlock access to the Beach Club, outdoor pools, beach area, restaurants, golf, tennis, equestrian center, Lake House with pools, fitness center, and an indoor pool. Some amenities have additional fees. Included Amenities: • Complimentary High-Speed Internet WIFI • Locally Packaged Coffee for a Perfect Start • Essential Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues) • Hotel-Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap) • Convenient Dish and Laundry Detergents • Hair Dryer, Iron, and Ironing Board • Four Bath Towels per Bed, Professionally Laundered Linens • Basic Cooking Essentials and Well-Equipped Kitchenware • A Private neighborhood Pool • Grilling area with picnic tables and Kettle style grills. The owner has provided BBQ utensils. • A neighborhood dock for crabbing fishing or Kayaking. A Kayak is not included, but there are rentals available in the area. *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 1 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. *We provide a STARTER supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby grocery store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. Evacuation Policy: In case of a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County, enjoy a 100% refund within 72 hours. No further liability with respect to the Reservation. House Rules: • No Smoking Allowed; minimum $250 fine for smoke damages • Smoking permitted outside, 10 feet from doors • Firearms strictly prohibited; any left behind will be turned over to local police Legal Short Term Rental: Compliance with all legal requirements. Observe quiet hours (10 pm-8 am) to avoid fines. Guests responsible for following Town of Seabrook Ordinance rules. Extended Stays: Stays of 10 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee at the host’s discretion. Alteration Policy: Changes or cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be approved. Event Decorations: Use painter’s tape for event decorations to avoid damages. Damages due to tape removal or decorations will incur a $500 repainting fee. No Party Zone: This is not a party house!
