Holiday cottage located in a unique location close to the sea and overlooking the picturesque marina, Marina Minde. There is approx. 100 m to a lovely sandy beach. From the ground floor you have views of the water. Interior floors are partly covered with wood, partly with tiled floor with underfloor heating. The ground floor has a kitchen with all white goods. The living room has a wood-burning stove. The living room has access to the terrace where the views can be enjoyed. Bathroom with 2-person whirlpool, shower and sauna. In addition, scullery with washer and dryer. One bedroom with 2 single beds are on the ground floor. The 2 other bedrooms are situated in the basement and equipped with a double bed. In addition to the 2 rooms is a guest toilet. For children there is great common playground. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
