Welcome to a fantastically nice apartment that is part of a villa. The apartment is located on the ground floor with its own entrance and with its own terrace areas in both sun and shade. From this sunny and west-facing apartment with glorious sea views, you have perfect opportunities to experience Bovallstrand’s sea and wonderful archipelago environments. From here it is a short walk to swimming, jetties, coastal paths, hiking trails and roads overlooking the Bohuslän archipelago, the apartment is also suitable for you who want to experience the archipelago via kayaking or canoeing. It is also geographically well located for day trips to other charming coastal communities both to the north and south. The apartment is located high up surrounded by natural land as well as garden and patio deck. It has its own entrance on the north gable side and is accessed via a staircase from the upper level. Once inside, you are greeted by an open welcoming floor plan with living room with TV, open kitchen with dining area, hob, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher, large lovely bathroom with shower, whirlpool tub and sauna. Two bedrooms, one with a large comfortable double bed and one with a bunk bed 120/90. The apartment has fiber connection. From the living room and from the master bedroom you have patio doors to the patio areas where you have access to sunbeds and summer furniture and barbecue, all so you can have cozy and pleasant moments both at rest and around dinner table with something good on the plate and in the glass. Bovallstrand is a nice old fishing village and with its location right by the sea makes salt bathing a given activity and here are also the famous bathing islets which are one of Bohuslän’s finest bathing spots suitable for both swimming and fishing. The buildings are very well preserved from when shipping, fishing and stonemasonry flourished, which gave Bovallstrand its fine atmosphere. In the immediate area there are more pleasant and worth visiting archipelago communities such as. Smögen and Hunnebostrand, there is also a zoo called Nordens Ark where you can meet about 80 of the world’s endangered animals. The beautiful nature and the opportunity to meet animals such as wolves, snow leopards or to come face to face with the world’s largest feline Amurtigern make the zoo a very popular excursion destination. In nearby Gerlesborg there is an art school and a collective workshop where you can both look at various different exhibitions but also attend various educations. For those who want to swing a golf club, it is not far to Sotenäs GK. If the weather should be overcast or you feel the need for a workout in a gym environment, Tumlaren, Sotenäs municipality’s swimming pool and wellness facility are located in the coastal community Väjern.
