Sol y Mar is the only condo development directly on the beach in beautiful Playa Hermosa. With beautiful architecture, manicured grounds and lush landscaping, it’s truly an oasis in the middle of paradise. There are only 12 units. Our unit is in the rear building on the first floor.
4C is a ground level condo with only easy steps away access to the pool and surf. Security and privacy are the best. With 3 patios, the large one with BBQ, and rose granite counter, stainless steel sink, 3 fans, and seating for 9. The outside entry is gated and one master suite has its own entrance with a fridge and coffeemaker. The main part of the condo has a gourmet kitchen, and all bathrooms have granite countertops, stainless, and great lighting. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
