Architect-designed cottage located very close to Kvie Lake in quiet surroundings. Here is plenty of space for two families who are on holiday together. From the house there is not far to a path system where you can get a walk around the lake. The cottage is built of quality materials, which provide a quiet indoor environment. There is a living room with an open kitchen and a dining area. Furnished with modern furnishings. Very functional with a focus on providing greater holiday enjoyment. The double beds are 3/4 beds. There is wireless internet in the house. From the living room there is direct access to a large terrace where nature can be enjoyed in the good garden furniture. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
