The lovely vacation home comes complete with all the comforts of home including a washer/dryer, personal hot water tank, dish washer, garbage disposal, central air, wireless internet and cable TV! the Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, TV and private bathroom with 2 sinks and large shower. It also has a walk-in closet and a sliding door that opens up to your own private patio. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen sized bed and large closet. The 2nd bathroom is located right outside the 2nd bedroom. All the beds are very comfy and the linens and towels are provided for you. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
