Modern single-storey villa with good standard and quiet and scenic location, 9 km from Ellös on western Orust. The house is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the area. The spacious plot borders forests and meadows where small game and moose like to look past. Around the house is a large lovely wooden terrace where you can choose to sit in the sun or shade. The house is perfect for the larger family or group who want to live in an unobstructed location with proximity to the sea and many attractions. Here the whole family will enjoy themselves! The house has a bright kitchen with dining area and all amenities, living room with large sofa group that serves as an extra bed suitable for children, and TV corner. Three bedrooms, one larger with a double bed, one has two single beds and the third has a bunk bed and an extra pull-out lower bed. Two spacious bathrooms, one of which also includes a laundry room. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
